If you have made room reservations for the next FIG Congress and you have chosen hotel Katajanokka, we would like to remind you about the payment schedule for this hotel. You have to pay 50% of the rooms by August 1st.

We would like to remind you the conditions of room reservations made by FIG. One double or one single room including breakfast will be made available free of charge to each FIG federation from 16th until 20th October 2008. This is valid only for the federations who have made the registration on time by 16th May.

Please note this when you pay the rooms.

Si vous avez réservé des chambres pour le prochain Congrès de la FIG et vous avez choisi l’hôtel Katajanokka, nous vous rappelons le délai de paiement fixé pour cet l’hôtel. Vous devrez en effet payer le 50% du prix de la chambre au 1er août au plus tard.

Nous tenons à rappeler aux fédérations les conditions fixées par la FIG pour les réservations de chambres. Pour chaque fédération affiliée, la FIG prend à sa charge une chambre individuelle ou double et le petit déjeûner du 16 au 20 octobre 2008. Valable seulement pour les fédérations qui ont envoyé l'inscription dans le délai prescrit, soit le 16 mai dernier.
