The delegation of the Organizing Committee of the 77th FIG Congress attended the FIG Council meeting in Cape Town. They informed to all 44 members of the Council about the preparations of the next FIG Congress.    

Two persons from SVOLI, representative from the Finnish Travel Agency Area and FIG Council member Mr. Erkki Tervo presented all the details about accommodations, technical capacities and excursions possibilities which are made just for the delegates of the FIG Congress.

During the presentation SVOLI officially announced the reception that will be hosted by the President of Finland Mrs. Tarja Halonen.

The FIG Council and President Grandi approved the confidence for the Finnish Gymnastics Federation and look forward to attending the next Congress in the country of the Father Christmas.

We remind you that the Finnish Gymnastics Federation SVOLI are expecting some 400 delegates in October 17-19, 2008.

Une délégation des organisateurs du 77ème Congrès et Assemblée générale de la FIG à Helsinki a fait tout spécialement le déplacement du Cap (RSA), pour informer les 44 membres du Conseil de la Fédération, de l’état d’avancement des travaux de préparation.

Les deux envoyées spéciales de SVOLI, la représentante de l’agence de voyage AREA et le délégué finlandais et membre du Conseil FIG, Erkki Tervo, ont notamment présenté les détails et de l’accueil et de l’hébergement, les conditions techniques de travail et l’offre touristique préparée spécialement pour l’occasion.

Les deux porte-paroles ont également annoncé officiellement la réception que donnera en l’honneur des autorités de la FIG, Madame Tarja Halonen , Présidente de la République de Finlande.

Le Conseil FIG et le Président Grandi ont témoigné de leur parfaite confiance en la Fédération finlandaise et se réjouissent de leur prochain séjour au Pays du Père Noël !

Rappelons que la Fédération finlandaise de gymnastique SVOLI attend quelque 400 délégués du 17 au 19 octobre 2008.
